QuickCoinFX ("we", "our", or "the app") is a crypto and currency converter for iPhone. Your privacy is important to us. This policy explains what data the app handles and how.
We collect no personal data. QuickCoinFX does not collect, store, or transmit any information that identifies you.
Live cryptocurrency and exchange rate prices are fetched directly from CoinGecko's public API. Your device connects to CoinGecko directly to retrieve this data; we do not operate a server in between and do not see or log these requests. CoinGecko's own privacy practices apply to that connection: coingecko.com/en/privacy.
If you set a price alert, QuickCoinFX will ask permission to send you a local notification when your target price is reached. This notification is generated entirely on your device — no alert data is sent to us or to any third party.
Your selected currencies, favourites, alerts, and app settings are stored locally on your device using Apple's standard storage (UserDefaults). This data never leaves your device and is not shared with us or any third party.
QuickCoinFX offers optional one-time tip purchases. All payments are processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. We do not see, handle, or store any payment or financial information. Apple's privacy policy applies to all transactions: apple.com/legal/privacy.
QuickCoinFX contains no analytics, no advertising SDKs, and no tracking of any kind.
